We produce films with the solvent cast technology.
Advantages of this technology are:

• Homogeneous thickness distribution
• Highest optical purity, free of gels or specks
• Excellent transparency and low haze for optical films
• Isotropic, no orientation
• Low optical retardation
• Excellent flatness

The surface structure can be adjusted to highly glossy, one or both sides matt (by lamination) or special matte.

We can process thermally and mechanically sensitive components or additives as well as non-melting raw materials.

Gauges down to 8 micron are possible without additional stretching; gauges over 200 micron need an additional lamination step.
